ya, within the SM, the forwarding of traffic within the SM between its LAN
port and wireless(rf, wan) port just stops. the customer can ping their
side of the SM and i can ping the rf port. within the actual SM, it wont
forward traffic from the lan port to the wan port unless a reboot occurs.
this happens at random intervals from 15 minutes to 6 hrs.

i've also upgraded all the SM's AP's and CMM2s and switches and the cisco
router to the latest software.

thanks
cj
