[Karlnet] VPN drops

Hello all,

I have a couple of clients using Microsoft VPN,s that have the tunnel
basically drop a few minutes into the session. All of the necessary
layer 2 protocols are open. I have other customers using MS VPN's
without trouble. Any suggestions? Are there client side settings for
these L2TP tunnels that could help out?
