I just purchased a copy of DXtalker, v1.21 for my Intel 386DX/25
Windows 3.1 PC. As far as packet functionally, everything appears to
function 100%. However when DX postings, announcements, and talk
messages come across, the DXtalker "stutters". It appears the software
program goes to sleep (wait states).
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what parameter(s) (windows or
DXtalker) should I adjust?
