Pa QSO party scoring errors

Hello,
        Anyone who used NA for the PA QSO party needs to check the scoring.
NA counted 2 points for all CW Q's. It should be 2 points on 80 and 160, and
1.5 on any other band. Also, my mult count was low by 1. I used ver 9.15,
was told 9.22 did the same. How about it Tim, has this been fixed in 9.23?
