NNY Section not in NA Ver9.27 - Sat 17 Feb 96 14:01

Hi All,
I downloaded the new NA version 9.27 and immediately checked to
see if it would recognize NNY. I discovered NNY was not added to
the ARRL sections list. It's an easy fix with your favorite text
editor, but would be a bear if you found it during a contest :-)
