Bill,
There is no capability for QTCs in NA. I don't pretend to be a WAE
expert, but QTCs seems to be a real nebulous feature that is of no use
in any other contest and might be hard to code.
Its too late to do anything about it for this year, but maybe for next
year. Interest in NA seems to grow by the week - it might be worth it
to support WAE.
