[na-user] New SECTIONS.MLT file : missing

[KWIDELITZ@delphi.com (KWIDELITZ@delphi.com)]

I downloaded the new SECTIONS.MLT file and a ":" is missing after MAR. As a
result, there is an extra column that shows VE. Adding the missing :
eliminated the problem and didn't seem to add any.
