[na-user] Corrected SECTIONS.MLT available

     Ken, K6LA had reported that the updated SECTIONS.MLT file which was
     posted to the web site a week or two ago had a typo in it which caused
     the MAR section to be left out.  He described how to fix the file by
     adding a missing colon after the word "MAR" in the Martime Section
     line.

     As of August 20, a MLTZIP.ZIP with a corrected SECTIONS.MLT file was
     posted to the web site and is available for download.
