[na-user] CQP Sections File

I haven't used NA in the past for CQP, but am planning on it this year. In
addition to there showing 62 sections in CA (my previous post about this was
right, all maritime counts as just VE1) it appears that a CA station can't
enter a CA county. Has anyone worked around this in the past. Do you just
append the CALCTY.MLT file to the CALQSO.MLT file?
