[na-user] CAT for IC-706 MKII

I just built a CAT interface for my Icom and want to try the MKII with NA.
But, of course, my radio is not in the selections list of Icoms.  I can
match any address from 01H to 4FH, but need to know the bus address of an
Icom in the list.  Soooo, if you use an Icom radio with NA, please tell me
what model and what address the bus recognizes.

P.S. Does anyone use a radio that matches the 706 (pre-MKII) address of
48H?
