[na-user] + key trouble

I am a newcomer to NA software.

I have checked NA with my 386 computer for several days.
I had trouble below.
When I pressed the "+" (or =) key, it frequently sent "?" instead of memory #3.
I had tested NA 10.22 and 10.28, and the result was the same.
Has the trouble like this reported so far?
