[na-user] NA and BPQ code

The latest BPQ code around is 4.08a
Although there are probably a ton of sites with it, one place to find
BPQ code is   http://www.tapr.org/tapr/html/software.html

The NA setup in the book to use BPQ to get to the cluster is correct.
There is "documentation" with the BPQ code to setup the BPQ side of the
code.
