I can't stand it any more...

K5IID originally posted a question about working a station again in another
location, for example moving counties in a state QSO party.  I was waiting
for one of our astute users to answer this question correctly.  Instead,
the answers here on the reflector simply reinforce doing things the hard
(wrong) way.

Answer: PROGRAM OPTIONS CONTROL PANEL - QTH Must Match for Dupe.  Turn this
on and QSOs with any station must have matching QTH fields (grids,
counties, whatever...) for a dupe to be counted.

Folks, this is the reason this feature is in there.  Its been there for a
year.  It works.  Use it instead of hacking the callsign field.  Geez...

To W7OM, the PA QSO Party template and multiplier file is included on your
disk.
