640 logs from the 1997-98 contest season were used to build these
databases, representing 81893 callsigns, 43932 of which were non-unique. A
callsign has to show up in 10 logs to be added to the database. The top-10
callsigns to appear in logs:
1046 EA8ZS
1053 IQ4A
1115 6D2X
1147 V47KP
1175 HG1S
1237 FS5PL
1242 WP2Z
1245 V26B
1327 KH7R
1526 9A1A
W3LPL was the top USA station showing up 645 times.
If you want to make this database better, send me your original contest
logs as an attachment. I will try to update the database up until a day or
two before the contest.
Thanks to everyone who sent me data for this project - too many to mention
individually. EVERYONE appreciates your contribution, no matter how small!
