Thanks to all who gave me excellent advise. I am using Com 3 for the
keyer and there is no keyer selection available so I ignored the speed.
When I changed the speed to 9600 from the default 1200 the keyer worked
as advertised. I am using it in the Windows 95 direct boot to DOS
mode. There is a utility for Windows, TweakUI available form Microsoft
that makes setting this option easy.
