What this means is that, at this time, it should be fine to send the
ARRL a copy of the .QDF file from the contest. I would also include a
copy of the .SUM file just to make sure.
And use a subject line with the call, class and contest - "K8DD ARRL
10M CW"

Here is a response from the ARRL regarding formats. I realize that they
publish that
they will accept a certain ascii format, but apparently its ok to send
them
the CT BIN
format:
