You are correct.  I've found the error (did not define the actual radio ID
= 56hex) and this SHOULD fix your problem.  I say "should" because I have
not had a IC-746 to test and there might be some quirks in the operation.

10.36 should be on the BBS in a few days so download it and let me know if
this fixes the IC-746 support.
