My earlier note concerning the NA.TOF file was true, but missed the point.
10.42 no longer needs NA.TOF (it creates the top-of-forms internally), but I
forgot to remove the check which demands it to be there.
Yes, an earlier NA.TOF will work fine, or that matter any file named NA.TOF will
fix the problem.
We'll get this cleaned up pronto.
Again, sorry for the confusion.
