[na-user] More on ALT-M Bug in v10.43

Had a chance to try earlier versions.  v10.40 and earlier are OK.
I don't have 10.41 or 10.42

In v10.43 - On the DOMESTIC page from ALT-M, CT is not displayed in 
single-band contests (ARRL 10M & 160M Contests)...
