There is no NA user database which contains user exchanges. The only
database NA works with are the MASTER.DTA kind which contains only
callsigns.
Once you've worked a station, NA will bring up the data from the previous
QSO as the defaults the next time.
As for CG2AWR & QC, part of this may be remnants from the past when the
Sprint rules called for "VE call areas" as multipliers, so the multiplier
table had VE1, VE2, etc. in it. We recently changed this to MAR, QC, ON,
MB, etc. as per the official Sprint rules (still somewhat obtuse, in that
"MAR" contains several different "VE call areas"). Get the new download (or
at least the new SPRINT.MLT file) and you'll be all set. Or, its easy to
edit the SPRINT.MLT file yourself with an ASCII editor.
