Tonite I downloaded the VA QSO Party rules, which don't appear to match the
VA QSO templates currently provided with NA. I have corrected these files,
however I suspect it is too late to get them up to the web site in time.
Any interested in these files shoot me an e-mail and I'll reply with these
as an attachment tomorrow evening.
