I bought a MicronPC 700MX monitor last night from Best Buy. On sale for $249
($100 off), too cheap to pass up for this 17" flat-screen Trinitron monitor
that
*finally* lets me do 1280x1024 in the shack.
Anyway, I tuned around the bands, and except for a weak gurgle on 24.936 MHz, I
could find none of the birdies that my old monitors used to have.
I'd recommend this monitor if you can still get one - Best Buy in Nashua, NH
had 4 left when I called yesterday afternoon.
