These parameters are set using the CONFIG.EXE program which comes with NA.
Start CONFIG.EXE and it should be self-explanatory. COM ports for serial
devices like radios, TNC, etc. are set in the F4 screen, while the keying
port and radio type is set in the F5 screen.
