A similar Cabrillo problem arises in those contests which allow "county line" qsos, where one qso can count for more than one multiplier. The California, Pennsylvania, and Illinois QSO parties all permit this sort of QSO. However the qso might be entered by the user, I would expect that a Cabrillo log would need to have a line for each county, with a way of registering zero qso points for the extra qso line while still counting the multiplier credit. 73 - Jim K8MR |
