Note to WI QSO party participants:

On the WIQP "Official Summary Sheet," low power stations (150w) get a 1.5x
QSO point bonus - NA doesn't do this automatically.

The Template Editor (TE.EXE) will allow you to change the power multiplier
for score calculation, but it won't accept 1.5 as a value - it is only a
2-digit space.

As they seem to require the ancient "hand-computed" summary sheet on their
website, I just calculated it out maunally.
