[WriteLog] VP8DJK = South Shetlands, VP8/H

If you worked VP8DJK this past weekend, he was in the South 
Shetlands, VP8/H.  I know KC1XX worked both R1ANF and VP8DJK on 20 
meters, so we lost a multiplier on that band.

Were there any other callsigns that escaped the most recent Country 
file (CTY-1601)?
