I mis-read the earlier post thinking the error being referred
to was in the NAU conversion.  As the post correctly noted, there is
indeed an internal NA software error when one tries to actually load the
CQ PFX contest definition and multiplier files.
The error reads 'error occurred in module NA-107a at address 069D:04D1"
