Hi Ted,I ran it in a DOS-prompt window using Win 98 a few times. Depending on
what was running in the background, it could make for choppy CW.I've never
tried it in any OS newer than that cuz I assumed it wouldn't even run.These
days, I keep a DOS 6.22 machine in the shack just for running NA.

As a DOS Based application, there was no 'installer' in
the sense we now use them for windows computers. The NA.EXE
file in the distribution is a standalone executable,
which needs to be run in a DOS environment. Most modern
windows computer (especially 64 bit systems) probably
won't know what to do with this program, even if you
try to run it from a Windows 'cmd' prompt.
I do still run my NA files successfully in the
Windows XP DOS environment, but it will likely
not run in later Windows versions,...maybe Vista.
