The Icom boys have finally gotten initial release dates (Jan) and US
price on the 7800 (about $9K, MSRP).
And already the "it better do this or that for $9K" comments are
starting --
So for those of you that think a $3500 radio should sport memory
settings for coffee strength per 10Khz subband, just wait until
there's someone irked over a feature (or the lack of one) in their
$9K box. Mercy! :-)
