[Orion] Updating the Orion

Anyone else get a serial port failure when trying to update the Orion
software?  I am using the cable that came with the radio yet I get a serial
port failure message and no update occurs.  The serial port on the computer
has been entered into the setup screen.  I wonder if I have a bad cable?
Easy enough to change out and retry.
