[Orion] Inrad #352 Filter for Orion Question

Hello to the group!
May be, i missed something...
What is the advantage of the Inrad Filter to the Original Filter from  TenTec?
I use here the Orion with TenTec´s 500Hz Filter.
Is it only the little greater bandwith ( if you need this) or are there  
other "hidden" advantages, may be suppression of far away signals or something  
else?
