I've been thinking about using an outboard mixer with my Orion in order to
control the multiple mike sources (Studio One or headset), sound card
source (.wav files looped through headset during phone contests, PSK31),
and radio source.
W3YY's website (w3..com) has some interesting information on the subject.
The Behringer MX602A and UB802 are popular, expensive units that seem to
be quite popular.
I'm not totally convinced this is necessary.
I'm curious to know if and what others are doing. An how it's being done.
