I should have mentioned I was not talking about "aircraft flutter".
I've seen some amazingly strong reflections from small aircraft at a
pretty good distance. I've often wondered if, back in the 1930's,
this is how someone was triggered to develop radar?
Anyway, I'm talking about a more or less constant flutter that goes
on day and night, seemingly forever.
