Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2018 Apr 08 1230 UTC.
Solar Activity
24 hr Summary: Solar activity continued at very low levels under a spotless solar disk. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available satellite imagery.
Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be very low for the next three days (08-10 Apr).
Energetic Particles
24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was at normal to moderate levels. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux continued at background values.
Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to remain at normal to moderate levels over the next three days (08-10 Apr). The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to remain at background levels throughout the forecast period.
Solar Wind
24 hr Summary: The solar wind environment reflected nominal conditions. Solar wind averaged 350 km/s. Total field peaked at 5 nT. Bz did not drop lower than -3 nT. Phi was variable.
Forecast: Nominal conditions are expected over the next two days (08-09 Apr) under an ambient solar wind regime. The onset of an anticipated negative polarity CH HSS is expected to enhance the solar wind parameters on day three (10 Apr).
Geospace
24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet.
Forecast: Mostly quiet conditions are expected for the next two days (08-09 Apr) under an ambient solar wind regime. Active to G1 (Minor) storm levels are likely on day three (10 Apr) due to anticipated influence from a CH HSS.
