Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2018 Nov 23 1230 UTC.
Solar Activity
24 hr Summary: Solar activity continued at very low levels. No spots were observed on the visible disk. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available satellite imagery.
Forecast: Solar activity is expected to continue at very low levels on 23-25 Nov.
Energetic Particle
24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was at normal levels. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux remained at background values.
Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to be at normal to moderate levels on 23-25 Nov while the greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to continue at background levels.
Solar Wind
24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were at background levels. Solar wind speed was generally 400 km/s or less. Total field ranged between 1 and 5 nT while the Bz component varied between -2 to +3 nT. Phi angle remained in a predominately negative sector.
Forecast: Solar wind parameters are expected to be at nominal levels on 23-24 Nov. CH HSS activity (positive polarity) is possible on 25 Nov with a likely enhancement in solar wind parameters.
Geospace
24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet.
Forecast: Mostly quiet conditions are expected on 23-24 Nov under an ambient solar wind environment. Quiet to unsettled conditions are anticipated on 25 Nov due to CH HSS (positive polarity) activity.
