Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2019 Feb 03 1230 UTC.
Solar Activity
24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low. The solar disk remained spotless and no CMEs were observed in available imagery.
Forecast: Solar activity is expected to persist at very low levels on 03-05 Feb.
Energetic Particle
24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux reached high levels this period with a peak flux of 11,372 pfu observed at 02/2005 UTC. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux was steady at background levels.
Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to reach high levels on 03-05 Feb with a slight chance for very high levels. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to persist at background levels.
Solar Wind
24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters remained enhanced this period under continued, but weakening negative polarity CH HSS influence.
Forecast: CH HSS influence is expected to weaken over 03-04 Feb. An additional enhancement is expected on 05 Feb due to the influence of another negative polarity CH HSS.
Geospace
24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet to active levels this period under continued, but weakening CH HSS influence.
Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be quiet to unsettled on 03-04 Feb as current CH HSS influence wanes. Active conditions are expected on 05 Feb due to the influence of another negative polarity CH HSS.
