Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2019 Mar 04 1230 UTC.

Solar Activity

24 hr Summary: Solar activity remained at very low levels with no sunspots present on the visible disk. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available coronagraph imagery.

Forecast: Solar activity is expected to remain very low through the forecast period (04-06 Mar).

Energetic Particle

24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux reached high levels with a peak flux of 45,516 pfu observed at 03/1950 UTC due to CH HSS influences. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux remained at background values.

Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to continue at high to very high levels through the forecast period (04-06 Mar) as HSS effects continue. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to stay at background levels.

Solar Wind

24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were consistent with waning influence from an isolated, negative polarity CH HSS. Solar wind speed averaged near 450 km/s. Total field strength was steady between 3-5 nT while the Bz component weakly varied between +/-4 nT. Phi angle remained in a predominately negative orientation.

Forecast: Through the forecast period, 04-06 Mar, solar wind parameters are expected to slowly decay to more nominal levels as isolated, negative polarity CH HSSs gradually become less geoeffective.

Geospace

24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was at quiet to unsettled levels.

Forecast: Under weakening CH HSS influence, the geomagnetic field is expected to be at mostly quiet levels through the forecast period (04-06 Mar) with isolated unsettled intervals possible on 04 Mar.
