Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2019 May 19 1230 UTC.
Solar Activity
24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low. Region 2741 (N05 Lo=274) rotated around the limb leaving the visible disk spotless. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available satellite imagery.
Forecast: Solar activity is expected to remain very low on 19-21 May.
Energetic Particles
24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux reached moderate levels. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux were at background levels.
Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to be at normal to moderate levels on 19-21 May. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to continue at background levels.
Solar Wind
24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters, as measured by the DSCOVR spacecraft, indicated near-background conditions. Total magnetic field strength was at or below 5 nT for most of the period. Solar wind speeds ranged from 372-428 km/s. Phi angle was oriented in the positive sector.
Forecast: Near-background solar wind conditions are expected on 19 May. A weak enhancement associated with a recurrent, negative polarity CH HSS is anticipated on 20-21 May.
Geospace
24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet.
Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be mostly quiet on day one (19 May). Quiet to unsettled levels are expected on days two and three (20-21 May) due to the anticipated arrival of a recurrent, negative polarity CH HSS.
