Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2019 May 25 1230 UTC.
Solar Activity
24 hr Summary: Solar activity remained very low. The visible disk remained spotless with no Earth-directed CMEs observed in available satellite imagery.
Forecast: Solar activity is expected to remain at very low levels on 25-27 May.
Energetic Particle
24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was at normal to moderate levels while the greater than 10 MeV proton flux remained at background levels.
Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to be at normal to moderate levels on 25-27 May. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to continue at background levels.
Solar Wind
24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters continued at background levels. Total field strength was 6 nT or less while the Bz component varied between +3 to -5 nT. Solar wind speeds ranged from about 325-365 km/s. Phi angle was oriented in a predominately negative orientation.
Forecast: Minor enhancements in the solar wind are possible on 25 May as a result of weak, negative polarity CH HSS influence. Ambient conditions are expected to return 26-27 May.
Geospace
24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was at quiet levels.
Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be at mostly quiet levels with isolated unsettled conditions possible on 25 May due to weak, negative polarity CH HSS. Mostly quiet conditions are anticipated on 26-27 May.
