Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2019 Jun 08 1230 UTC.

Solar Activity

24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low. An active filament channel centered near S05E13 disappeared at approximately 08/0519 UTC. However no ejecta was observed in coronagraph imagery. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available satellite imagery.

Forecast: Solar activity is expected to remain at very low levels on 08-10 Jun.

Energetic Particle

24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux reached moderate levels. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux remained at background levels.

Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to be at normal to moderate levels all three days (08-10 Jun). The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to continue at background levels.

Solar Wind

24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were at nominal levels with solar wind speed ranging from 280-325 km/s. Total field ranged from 1-6 nT while the Bz component was mostly negative between +1/-3 nT. Phi angle was oriented in a mostly negative solar sector.

Forecast: On 08 Jun, a slight enhancement in the solar wind environment is possible due to a weak connection to a negative polarity, polar extension coronal hole. An additional enhancement is possible late on 09 Jun as an additional negative polarity CH HSS moves into geoeffective position. A return to ambient conditions is expected for 10 Jun.

Geospace

24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet.

Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be at quiet to unsettled conditions on 08-09 Jun, with a chance for isolated active periods, due to CH HSS influence. 10 Jun is expected to be mostly quiet.
