Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2019 Jul 04 1230 UTC.

Solar Activity

24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low. The solar disk was spotless. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed.

Forecast: Solar activity is expected to continue at very low levels on 04-06 Jul.

Energetic Particle

24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was at normal levels and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux continued at background levels.

Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to continue at normal levels on 04-05 Jul and increase to moderate levels on 06 Jul due to CH HSS influences. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to maintain background levels all three days.

Solar Wind

24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were at nominal levels over the period. Solar wind speed was variable between 350-390 km/s. Total field ranged from 4-7 nT, and the Bz component was benign. Phi angle was oriented in a mostly positive (away) solar sector.

Forecast: Late on 04 Jul through early on 05 July, a CIR followed by a high speed solar wind stream is anticipated to become geoeffective. Solar wind speed in the 450-550 km/s range is expected with the enhancement based on STEREO A PLASTIC data.

Geospace

24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet.

Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be mostly quiet with isolated unsettled periods possible late on 04 Jul. An increase to unsettled to active levels is expected on 05 Jul as a negative polarity CH HSS moves into geoeffective position. Unsettled conditions are expected to continue through 06 Jul.
