Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2019 Jul 08 1230 UTC.

Solar Activity

24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low. Region 2744 (S27E30, Bxo/beta) was quiet and stable. At 08/0603 UTC, Learmonth reported a weak, impulsive 75 sfu Tenflare. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed.

Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be at very low levels on 08-10 Jul.

Energetic Particle

24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was at normal levels while the greater than 10 MeV proton flux continued at background levels.

Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to be at normal levels on 08-09 Jul, increasing to moderate levels on 10 Jul due to enhanced wind speeds from a CH HSS. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to continue at background levels on 08-10 Jul.

Solar Wind

24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were at nominal levels over the period. Solar wind speed slowly declined through the period from 350 to 300 km/s. Total field ranged from 1-5 nT while the Bz component was mostly negative to -5 nT. Phi angle was variable through about 07/2000 UTC and predominately negative thereafter.

Forecast: Solar wind parameters are expected to become enhanced around midday on 09 Jul as a positive polarity CH HSS is likely to become geoeffective. Enhanced solar wind conditions are expected to persist through 10 Jul.

Geospace

24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet.

Forecast: Mostly quiet conditions are expected for the remainder of 08 Jul. On 09-10 Jul, conditions are expected to increase to unsettled to active levels with the onset of a positive polarity CH HSS.
