Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2019 Jul 19 1230 UTC.

Solar Activity

24 hr Summary: Solar activity remained very low, and no Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available coronagraph imagery.

Forecast: Solar activity is expected to remain very low on 19-21 Jul.

Energetic Particle

24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was at moderate to high levels, with a maximum flux of 1,920 pfu at 18/1905 UTC. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux continued at background values.

Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to reach moderate to high levels on 19-21 Jul, while the greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to remain at background levels.

Solar Wind

24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters reflected a background solar wind regime. Solar wind speed averaged near 375 km/s, total field strength ranged from 1 to 6 nT, and the Bz component underwent mainly weak deviations. The phi angle was predominantly in a positive sector through 19/0000 UTC, when it switched to a mostly negative orientation.

Forecast: Solar wind conditions are expected to continue at mostly background levels on 19-21 Jul under a quiet solar wind regime.

Geospace

24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet.

Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to remain predominantly quiet on 19-21 Jul.
