Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2019 Sep 12 1230 UTC.
Solar Activity
24 hr Summary: Solar activity was at very low levels. The solar disk was spotless. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available imagery.
Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be at very low on 12-14 Sep.
Energetic Particles
24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux reached high levels. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux was at background levels.
Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to be at high levels on 12-14 Sep in response to recent CH HSS influence. The greater than 10MeV proton flux is expected to continue at background levels.
Solar Wind
24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were slightly enhanced. Solar wind speeds decreased from around 450 km/s to around 410 km/s by periods end. Total field ranged between 3-5 nT, and the Bz component underwent a prolonged, southward deflection of -4 nT near the end of the period. The phi angle was predominantly positive with brief deviations into a negative orientation.
Forecast: Solar wind parameters are expected to be at ambient conditions on 12-14 Sep.
Geospace
24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet to unsettled.
Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be mostly quiet, with a chance of isolated unsettled activity, on 12 Sep. Mostly quiet conditions are expected 13-14 Sep.
