Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2019 Nov 03 1230 UTC.
Solar Activity
24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low. Region 2750 decayed to plage and Region 2751 (N06W34, Bxo/beta) was mostly stable throughout the period. No CMEs were observed in available satellite imagery.
Forecast: Solar activity is expected to continue at very low levels on 03-05 Nov.
Energetic Particle
24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux reached high levels this period with a peak flux of 2,630 pfu observed at 02/2340 UTC. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux was steady at background levels.
Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to reach high levels on 03 Nov, with normal to moderate levels likely on 04-05 Nov. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to persist at background levels throughout the forecast period.
Solar Wind
24 hr Summary: The IMF became slightly enhanced between 02/2330-03/0420 UTC and the solar wind density increased to around 10 particles per cubic cm during the same time frame. Generally, however, the near-Earth solar wind environment suggested a nominal solar wind regime.
Forecast: Background conditions are expected to prevail on 03-04 Nov. A minor solar wind disturbance is likely on 05 Nov due to effects associated with a solar sector boundary crossing.
Geospace
24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet.
Forecast: Quiet conditions are expected to prevail on 03-04 Nov. Quiet to unsettled conditions are likely on 05 Nov is response to a solar sector boundary crossing.
