Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2019 Nov 23 1230 UTC.
Solar Activity
24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low and no sunspots were present on the visible disk. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available coronagraph imagery.
Forecast: Very low solar activity is expected 23-25 Nov.
Energetic Particle
24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was at normal to moderate levels with a peak flux of 587 pfu observed at 22/2205 UTC. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux continued at background values.
Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to reach moderate to high levels 23-25 Nov due to CH HSS influences. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to remain at background.
Solar Wind
24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were indicative of a weakening, positive polarity CH HSS. Total field ranged from 5-8 nT while the Bz component varied between +5 to -4 nT. Wind speeds began the period near 630 km/s and slowly decreased to an average of 450 km/s. The phi angle was in a predominately positive orientation through the period.
Forecast: Solar wind parameters are expected to gradually approach nominal levels over the next three days as CH HSS influence wanes.
Geospace
24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was at quiet to unsettled levels due to CH HSS effects.
Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be at quiet to unsettled levels on 23-25 Nov due to continued, but weakening, CH HSS effects.
