Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2019 Nov 26 1230 UTC.
Solar Activity
24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low with no sunspots present on the visible disk. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available chronograph imagery.
Forecast: Very low solar activity is expected on 26-28 Nov.
Energetic Particles
24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was at normal to moderate levels with a peak flux of 2,206 pfu observed at 25/2020 UTC. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux continued at background values.
Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to reach moderate to high levels on 26-28 Nov due to CH HSS influence. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to remain at background levels.
Solar Wind
24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were indicative of nominal conditions. Total field ranged from 2-6 nT, the Bz component saw a maximum southward deflection to -4 nT, and solar wind speed fluctuated between 375-475 km/s. The phi angle remained in a predominately positive orientation with some negative sector oscillations after 25/2000 UTC.
Forecast: Solar wind parameters are expected to become slightly enhanced on 26 Nov due to the arrival of a CIR ahead of a recurrent, negative polarity CH HSS. Slightly enhanced conditions are expected to persist through 27-28 Nov.
Geospace
24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was at quiet levels.
Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to reach isolated active levels late on 26 Nov due to the aforementioned CIR/CH HSS. Quiet to unsettled levels are forecast for 27-28 Nov as the CH HSS begins to wane.
