Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2020 Mar 10 1230 UTC.
Solar Activity
24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low. Region 2758 (S30E06) decayed to plage overnight. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available coronagraph imagery.
Forecast: Very low solar activity is expected to continue 10-12 Mar.
Energetic Particle
24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was predominantly normal and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux remained at background values.
Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to be normal to moderate 10-12 Mar and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to continue at background levels.
Solar Wind
24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were indicative of a slow regime. Total IMF strength ranged from 2 to 5 nT and the Bz component underwent mainly weak deviations. Solar wind speed was primarily 320-375 km/s. The phi angle was predominantly negative.
Forecast: A primarily slow solar wind regime is anticipated to continue 10-12 March, although some minor enhancements are likely due to tenuous CH HSS connections or proximity to the north flank of the south polar CH HSS.
Geospace
24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet.
Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be primarily quiet, with isolated unsettled periods likely 10-11 Mar in response to any prolonged enhancements in the solar wind. Quiet conditions are expected on 12 Mar as any CH HSS influences wane.
