Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2020 Mar 13 1230 UTC.
Solar Activity
24 hr Summary: Solar activity remained very low and the visible disk was spotless. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available coronagraph imagery.
Forecast: Very low solar activity is expected to continue 13-15 Mar.
Energetic Particle
24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was normal to moderate and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux remained at background values.
Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to continue at normal to moderate levels 13-15 Mar, and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to continue at background.
Solar Wind
24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters became slightly enhanced over the course of the period in response to weak CH HSS influence. Total field averaged between 3-8 nT, and the Bz component reached a maximum southward deflection of -6 nT. Near mid-period, wind speeds increased from ~350 km/s to a brief peak of ~435 km/s. Phi was predominantly negative.
Forecast: Mild enhancements are likely to continue over the course of 13 Mar due to weak CH HSS influence. A primarily ambient-like, background solar wind regime is anticipated for 14-15 Mar.
Geospace
24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet to unsettled.
Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be quiet to unsettled in response to weak CH HSS interaction 13 Mar. Mostly quiet conditions are expected to prevail 14-15 Mar.
