Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2020 Jul 04 1230 UTC.
Solar Activity
24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low. No active regions with sunspots or Earth-directed CMEs were observed.
Forecast: Solar activity is expected to continue at very low levels 04-06 Jul.
Energetic Particles
24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was normal to moderate and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux was steady at background levels.
Forecast: Both the greater than 2 MeV electron and 10 MeV proton fluxes are expected to remain below event thresholds over 04-06 Jul.
Solar Wind
24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were at nominal levels this period. Solar wind speed values meandered between 286-334 km/s throughout the period and the IMF total field strength varied between 1-7 nT. The Bz component of the solar wind was mostly neutral. Phi angle was in a predominately positive sector through a majority of the period.
Forecast: A minor solar wind enhancement is likely on 05 Jul due to the possible influence of a positive polarity CH HSS. Nominal solar wind conditions are expected to prevail on 04 and 06 Jul.
Geospace
24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet.
Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be mostly quiet over 04-06 Jul, with unsettled periods likely on 05 Jul due to weak CH HSS influence.
